Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh (/vɑː/ /qəgh/ [last ^)only remaining)] [woman; female]) is a subtropical Town located in the Zophtevub̄ Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.
The name Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh is derived from the Dwarven language, as Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh was founded by Grounoki Zÿhndtubqugbuhez, who was culturaly Dwarvern.
Climate
Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh receives an average of 174 cm/y (68 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 7304 m (-18986 ft) above sea level.

Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh was founded in time immemorial, reportedly some time durring the early 8th century, by Grounoki Zÿhndtubqugbuhez. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 8th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The brittle defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes.

Cultural Notes
Ådehlÿ Vå Qägh's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
